What You'll Do
- Oversee the development and fidelity of ABA programming across the center.
- Review and analyze clinical data to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure quality care by supervising BCBAs and RBTs through observation, coaching, and feedback.
- Guide onboarding and development for all new clinical team members.
- Collaborate with the Center Administrator on daily operations.
What You'll Need
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New Jersey.
- Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience, including staff supervision.
- Completion of BACB supervision training.
- Ability to meet physical demands of working with young children (e.g., bending, floor play, lifting up to 40 lbs).
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Work Location & Hours
- This is a full-time position out of our North Brunswick Early Intervention Center, and typical working hours are M-F 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Compensation
- The expected salary range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000 annually.
