Clinical Director Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership to our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to design and deliver individualized treatment programs
• Conduct regular staff training and coaching to ensure compliance with ABA standards and company protocols
• Monitor and report on clinical outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Foster a culture of mutual respect, open communication, and continuous learning among team members
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices and advancements
