About the role

VetnCare is seeking a Clinical Director to lead a highly experienced and collaborative veterinary team at their Northern California hospital, Campus Commons. This role offers autonomy and support to shape clinical standards and build a positive hospital culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the veterinary team
  • Partner with the Hospital Manager to drive hospital success
  • Support clinical quality, standards, and compliance
  • Guide DVM development and mentorship
  • Contribute to hospital growth and clinical excellence
  • Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases

Requirements

  • DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
  • Licensed (or eligible) in California
  • 5+ years clinical experience
  • Leadership experience as Medical Director, Clinical Director, or Lead Veterinarian preferred
  • Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and high-quality medicine
