About the role
VetnCare is seeking a Clinical Director to lead a highly experienced and collaborative veterinary team at their Northern California hospital, Campus Commons. This role offers autonomy and support to shape clinical standards and build a positive hospital culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the veterinary team
- Partner with the Hospital Manager to drive hospital success
- Support clinical quality, standards, and compliance
- Guide DVM development and mentorship
- Contribute to hospital growth and clinical excellence
- Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases
Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
- Licensed (or eligible) in California
- 5+ years clinical experience
- Leadership experience as Medical Director, Clinical Director, or Lead Veterinarian preferred
- Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and high-quality medicine
