About the role
Rite of Passage has been dedicated to improving the lives of youth and creating pathways to successful adulthood for over 40 years. We are seeking an experienced, mission-driven executive leader to serve as the Clinical Director for Canyon State Academy and Desert Lily Academy.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership, oversight, and management of all clinical services.
- Ensures delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based treatment while maintaining full compliance with Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), AHCCCS, HIPAA, and all applicable state and federal regulations.
- Serves as the primary clinical leader for the programs, providing clinical supervision in support of Rite Path’s mission and values.
- Serves as the senior leader of the overall strategic execution and service delivery of clinical, case management, medical, and regulatory performance of the program.
- Provides leadership to multidisciplinary teams while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, clinical excellence, and positive outcomes for youth and families served.
Requirements
- Must be Clinically Licensed: LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LISAC, LASAC.
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, healthcare, child welfare, or human services.
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and complex treatment environments.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health regulations, licensing requirements, and treatment operations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Qualifications
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check, child abuse registry review, physical examination, TB screening, and drug screening (THC excluded).
