Clinical Director

About the role

The Old Colony Y Intensive Home Based Program is seeking a Clinical Director to lead their IHB team. The Clinical Director will support consumers, staff, and the Program Director in delivering quality home and community-based treatment interventions and support to youth and families with mental health needs impacting their home and community relationships. Key responsibilities include facilitating family team meetings, assisting with on-call responsibilities, providing training, clinical supervision, and coaching to the staff team, and managing small caseloads when necessary.

• Leading the team with intakes, orientation, maintaining case records, and developing/implementing treatment plans according to highest professional standards

Requirements

• Masters Degree in the Human Services Field (Masters in Social Work preferred)
• Clinical License required, with three years of experience with youth and/or families in social service, mental health/behavioral health
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Supervisory skills and experience preferred
• Basic computer skills for data entry of treatment documents, emails, etc.
• Flexibility to respond to staff and families in crisis within the community and in a fast-paced work environment
• Possess a valid driver's license, clean driving record, automobile, and automobile insurance for daily work travel
• Able to sit, stand, and walk during the work day
