Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and leadership for behavioral health programs.
- Supervise and develop clinical staff through regular evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations.
- Partner with leadership to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Support licensing, accreditation, and audit readiness activities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Active clinical license in New York State (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- 5 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health.
- Experience supervising licensed clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of community behavioral health programs and quality assurance.
