Responsibilities
We are offering full-time positions to individuals who are interested in providing leadership, coordination, and supervision to a multidisciplinary team(s), overseeing programming in your clinic, and aligning objectives based on the direction provided by the executive leadership team. In this role, you will participate in a number of activities such as:
- Supervise the clinical team, provide coaching, assess, and evaluate employee performance, and make recommendations for employment actions.
- Monitor clinician caseloads and productivity, and address any issues including low client retention, and frequent cancellations/no-shows.
- Responsible for quality assurance in the delivery of services and adherence to HIPAA standards, including clinical care and documentation.
- Review clinician documentation and audit files.
- Ensure that cases involving legal issues or that are time sensitive are managed appropriately.
- Assess training needs and coordinate or provide training and professional development opportunities for all clinical team members.
- Review resumes, interview potential candidates, and make recommendations for the hire of new clinicians.
- In collaboration with the team’s professional development coordinator, responsible for onboarding, orienting, and training all new clinicians.
- Implements changes and new programming.
- Direct the daily operations of office locations and schedule clinical meetings, and services, monitor clinical employee time worked, and review/approve time sheets in accordance with set schedules/expectations.
- Meet with clinicians regularly and provide clinical supervisory support.
- In coordination with other members of the leadership team, lead practice culture initiatives. Facilitate team and individual activities that promote a healthy workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Doctoral Degree from a recognized college or university in social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical or educational psychology, or in a closely related field
- Valid License as a Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Clinical Counselor or Psychologist from the applicable licensing authority: California Board of Behavioral Sciences or California Board of Psychology

- Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline
- Licensed California Therapist (i.e., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PSYD, PHD, etc.)
- At least five (5) years of professional experience in mental health or human services.
- At least two (2) years of related experience leading and supervising a similar size clinical team.
