About the role
The Clinical Director at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing leadership to the therapy team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations including patient care, staff management, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure all clinical services comply with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with administrative and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
Requirements
- A current license as a Physical Therapist in the United States.
- At least 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role within a physical therapy setting.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation processes.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
