About the role

The Clinical Director at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing leadership to the therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations including patient care, staff management, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure all clinical services comply with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
• Collaborate with administrative and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.

Requirements

• A current license as a Physical Therapist in the United States.
• At least 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role within a physical therapy setting.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation processes.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
