Duties and Responsibilities
- Aid in conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Oversee and complete new hire and ongoing clinical training for BCBAs
- Collaborate on cases as needed, including severe maladaptive behavior and providing mentorship to expand scope of competence
- Implement and supervise the Flight Path training program with clinical track RBTs
- Oversee BCBAs implementing the Flight Path training program with clinical track RBTs
- Assist with new patient intake process, including conducting clinic visits with families, assessments, clinical recommendation of hour dosage, and treatment appropriateness oversight
- Ensure clinical quality by reviewing treatment plans and goals, conducting clinical quality checks, observing protocol modification sessions, and more
- Train BCBAs, technicians, and OSS on Safety Sense physical management techniques
- Oversee new hire technician training implemented by Qualified Trainers
- Manage an assigned caseload (2-4 full-time equivalent cases) and temporary 'overflow' cases as needed
Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field
- BCBA certification from the BACB and LBA license in Texas
- At least 5 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
- At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA
- Knowledge of Catalyst data collection platform and Excel graphing
- Strong technical writing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and present to small and large groups of parents/caregivers, teachers, and other professionals
