Clinical Director

Duties and Responsibilities

• Aid in conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
• Oversee and complete new hire and ongoing clinical training for BCBAs
• Collaborate on cases as needed, including severe maladaptive behavior and providing mentorship
• Implement and supervise the Flight Path training program for clinical track RBTs
• Oversee the implementation of the Flight Path training program for clinical track RBTs
• Assist with new patient intake process, including conducting clinic visits, assessments, and clinical recommendations
• Ensure clinical quality by reviewing treatment plans and goals, conducting clinical quality checks, and observing protocol modification sessions
• Train BCBAs, technicians, and OSS on Safety Sense physical management techniques
• Manage assigned caseload (2-4 full-time equivalent cases) and temporary overflow cases as needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field
• BCBA certification from the BACB and LBA license in Texas
• At least 5 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
• At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA
• Knowledge of Catalyst data collection platform and Excel graphing
• Strong technical writing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and present to small and large groups of parents/caregivers, teachers, and other professionals
