About the role
An established SUD treatment provider is launching its first New Jersey location - a Partial Care and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program in Marlton. We're seeking an experienced clinical leader who is ready to supervise a team, drive treatment quality, and help set the standard for care in a new market.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of all clinical services
- Staff supervision
- Treatment planning quality
- Co-occurring disorder programming
Qualifications
- Must be NJ-licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCADC, or psychologist
- If not a LCADC, must have a CSS designation
- 2 years of administrative/supervisory experience in an SUD facility preferred
