Clinical Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical and treatment services, ensuring they align with company policies and contractual obligations.
• Provide clinical supervision to counseling staff, including conducting evaluations, facilitating weekly meetings, and supporting professional development.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training clinical staff, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver high-quality care.
• Ensure all clinical operations comply with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Conduct audits of patient records to maintain quality and compliance.
• Develop and implement clinical programming, including aftercare components, to meet patient needs and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with the executive team to optimize internal processes, manage budgets, and support the clinic's growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in healthcare, with a focus on clinical supervision and program management.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and performance evaluation procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

Pay

$100K-$125K
