Clinical Dietitian PRN

About the role
As a Clinical Dietitian, you will assess nutritional needs and develop and implement nutrition care plans for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. You will periodically evaluate the effects of nutritional therapy, cooperate with nursing and medical staff in providing complete and effective nutritional care and education for patients and families, and accept other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and/or Dietetics (Master’s degree in a related field is desirable)
- Current status as a Registered Dietitian with the American Dietetic Association Commission on Dietetic Registration
- A minimum of two years of acute care hospital experience is preferred
- CDE (Certified Diabetes Educator) or CNSD (Certified Nutrition Support Dietitian) is desirable
