Clinical Dietitian PRN
Job Summary
As a Clinical Dietitian PRN with Parkridge Valley Child & Adolescent Campus, you will contribute to an organization dedicated to giving back. You will utilize the Nutrition Care Process to assess, diagnose, intervene, develop, monitor, and evaluate patients with complex medical conditions. You will also participate in interdisciplinary teams, recruitment processes, performance improvement projects, and mentoring.
Qualifications
- (RD-STATE) Registered Dietitian - State must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Bachelor's Degree
What you will need:
Quality/Regulatory Patient Care and Safety: Utilizes nutrition screening tools, Nutrition Care Process, and adherence to nutrition care guidelines, manuals, and protocols.
Performance Improvement: Participates in interdisciplinary team approaches, departmental committees, and performance improvement projects.
Education, Development & Retention: Participates in competency assessments, self-evaluations, and professional development to maintain competency and comply with registration and licensure requirements.
Patient Service: Maintains a focus on patient-centered care and positive patient/family experiences.
Technology: Utilizes HCA hardware and software including Meditech and Computrition Nutrition Care Management program.
