Job Summary
As a Dietitian at Lone Peak Hospital, you will lead a hard-working and compassionate team that is crucial for the hospital's day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities include evaluating and assessing patient nutrition needs, developing nutrition plans and goals, and monitoring food and drug interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics
- Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RD/RDN) or Registered Dietitian (RD-STATE)
- Obtained within 90 days of employment start date
