Clinical Dietitian
Job Summary
Identify patients at nutritional risk through the screening process. Provide nutrition assessment, care planning and diet/nutrition education appropriate for age, disease state and nutrition problem. Document nutrition care in the patient’s medical record. Provide interdisciplinary and collaborative care through day-to-day communication and interaction with the health care team. Contribute to nutrition care team knowledge and evidence-based practice. Provide education and training assigned. Participate in quality assignments.
Qualifications
- (RD/RDN) Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist(RD-STATE) Registered Dietitian - State
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ Years of experience in a healthcare setting
- PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or related field
- PREFERRED: Current licensure as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist (RDN)
