Clinical Development Operations Program Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Development Operations Program Lead to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will guide the operational execution of clinical development programs from strategy translation through delivery. The position is responsible for building integrated plans, managing cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring program-level risks are identified and addressed proactively. You will partner closely with internal study teams, external vendors, and governance stakeholders to maintain clarity, alignment, and momentum across the portfolio. Location: Bedford, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $236,000 – $260,000 annually Responsibilities Lead integrated development operations plans for clinical programs Convert clinical strategies into actionable operational plans and timelines Manage and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies Oversee CRO and vendor performance metrics for clinical studies Facilitate collaboration within the Development Sub-Team and Core Program Team Coordinate resolution of CRO and vendor performance issues with study teams Produce operational status reports for program governance and audits Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in clinical operations and clinical development program management Experience leading clinical programs within an outsourced CRO model Strong understanding of GCP and global regulatory standards Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life, long-term, and short-term disability insurance Paid parental leave and flexible work arrangements 401K plan with company matching contributions Unlimited vacation policy and tuition assistance programs Employee stock purchase program participation Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
