Responsibilities

  • Own the final stage of the clinical data pipeline, transforming complex datasets from manual abstraction, AI models, and electronic sources into high-quality, analysis-ready deliverables for pharmaceutical partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, AI Engineers, and Data teams to validate outputs, automate workflows, and improve data infrastructure.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation and adhere to privacy standards.
  • Proficient in a Posit development environment and demonstrate familiarity with Github, and Jira.
  • Experience with Databricks and AI code development tools is preferred.

Requirements

  • Expertise in data cleaning, transformation, and statistical programming (R, Python, SQL).
  • 2–5+ years of experience in clinical data science or related fields.
  • Detail-oriented, technically versatile professional.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage large datasets and perform complex analyses.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Skills

  • Data cleaning and transformation skills.
  • Statistical programming proficiency (R, Python, SQL).
  • Experience with AI models and electronic sources.
  • Experience with Databricks and AI code development tools.

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is $132,000 – $226,000 annually. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Schedule

This is a full-time position.

Company

N-Power Medicine (NPM) offers equity at hire as well as a discretionary annual bonus which may be available based on Company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits.
