Clinical Data Manager - CDISC Expert

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical data generation.
• Ensure every artifact reconciles across protocols, datasets, TLFs, and narratives.
• Validate synthetic data rooms for realism, internal consistency, and traceability.
• Design prompts, golden outputs, and rubrics to quantify AI agent capabilities.
• Enforce cross-file consistency to ensure patient data integrity across raw data and TLFs.
• Manage CDISC and SDTM conformance work and EDC build through database lock.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience.
• Managerial oversight of entire clinical data rooms.
• Hands-on experience with CDISC and SDTM.
• Comfortable with EDC build through database lock.
• Location: US or Canada.

Qualifications

Preferred:

• 10–25 years of experience.
• 30+ hours/week availability.

Pay

$100–$150/hour

Schedule

20–25 hours/week (contract)
