Clinical Data Manager

Our client, a growing clinical-stage biotech, is looking for a Clinical Data Manager to own data management activities across one or more active studies. You'll work closely with clinical operations, biostatistics, and programming to ensure clean, submission-ready data. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain data management plans (DMPs), edit check specifications, and data validation plansBuild and test eCRFs and database structures in collaboration with EDC vendors (Medidata Rave, Veeva, InForm, or similar)Review incoming clinical data for quality, completeness, and consistency; manage query generation and resolutionCoordinate external data reconciliation (labs, ECG, IRT/RTSM, etc.)Support database lock activities, including UAT, SAE reconciliation, and final data extractsPartner with biostatistics and SAS programming teams on dataset specifications and delivery timelinesMaintain data management documentation in support of audit and inspection readiness QualificationsBachelor's degree in life sciences, health informatics, or related field3+ years of clinical data management experience in pharma, biotech, or CROHands-on experience with at least one major EDC system (Medidata Rave strongly preferred)Familiarity with CDISC standards (CDASH/SDTM) a plusStrong attention to detail and comfort working independently in a small-team environmentExperience supporting database lock and clean file activities Disclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
