Clinical Data Analyst - Dosimetrist

Accountabilities

  • Prepare and evaluate treatment planning contours using current clinical guidelines and best practices in radiation therapy.
  • Apply medical dosimetry expertise to support the development and refinement of AI-based contouring models.
  • Maintain awareness of evolving contouring standards, protocols, and radiotherapy treatment planning practices across global markets.
  • Review and verify trained AI models to ensure clinical accuracy, reliability, and readiness for healthcare use.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to enhance model performance and clinical acceptance.
  • Generate verification and validation testing documentation and results.
  • Collaborate with product leaders, engineering teams, and clinical stakeholders on research and development initiatives.
  • Support data and research projects that advance treatment planning automation and workflow improvements.
  • Organize clinical requirements and communicate insights across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI-driven radiation oncology solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a medical dosimetrist.
  • Strong understanding of radiation oncology workflows and treatment planning processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in contouring based on established clinical guidelines and protocols.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with radiation therapy treatment planning and contouring.
  • Experience with verification and validation testing processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with multiple treatment planning systems (TPS) and related clinical technologies is a plus.
  • Experience using multiple radiation oncology workflow solutions is preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and clinical teams.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and applying them within healthcare.
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and receptive to feedback and continuous improvement.
