Clinical Data Analyst

About the role

Located in Yonkers, New York, within the NPG - Performance Projects 3 department. This position is not grant funded.

Responsibilities

• Collect and submit reliable data to designated databases, including the National Cardiovascular Data Registry (NCDR), New York State Department of Health registry, and Society for Thoracic Surgeons (STS) registry.
• Perform high‑quality clinical screening, data compilation, documentation, and entry of all eligible cases into the appropriate medical center database.
• Collaborate with the Division of Cardiology to identify opportunities for clinical quality improvement and undertake special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Current PA or RN license with demonstrated clinical experience involving direct patient care (RN, NP, or PA background).
• Cardiovascular experience preferred.
• 3‑5 years of experience in an administrative setting requiring organizational skills, independent decision‑making, and interaction with multidisciplinary team members.
• Completion of training and thorough understanding of NCDR, New York Department of Health, and STS TAVR registries.
• Participate in ongoing training through continuing education modules, regular conference calls, and annual conferences as appropriate.

Pay

Pay range: $105,726.14 – $132,157.67.

Schedule

• Work shift: Day.
• Work days: Monday – Friday.
• Scheduled hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Scheduled daily hours: 7.5 hours.
