Duties
- Serves as the clinical supervisor of an interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness, or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment.
- Provides clinical and administrative supervision, clinical oversight, training and mentoring for case managers, peer mentors, peer health and wellness coaches, family mentors, and rehabilitation specialists on assigned team.
- Ensures clinical quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded by direct reports.
- Ensures that assessments and individual service plans are developed and implemented (according to regulatory guidelines) for each member on their team.
Requirements
- Professional, friendly, a self-starter, organized, and compassionate.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (Additional Language Differential Pay Available).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a mental health setting.
- Current CPR certification.
- Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources.
- Experience with court-ordered treatment programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule
Full-time employed: 40 hours/week.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (no weekends required).
