Clinical Coordinator RN Charge Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how well they’re working
• Watch over the people who give care to patients
• Make sure the care given is safe and kind
• Build good relationships with patients and their families
• Work in a busy, friendly team

Requirements

• Have a current Registered Nurse license and know CPR
• Have at least 18 months of nursing experience, including 6+ months of dialysis
• Get approval for being ready to work in charge of nurses
• Have an ADN degree; a BSN is nice
• Have experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg; CNN/CDN certification is extra nice
• Be good with computers (like MS Word)
• Be flexible, especially on weekends and holidays
