Clinical Coordinator, Radiography

Responsibilities
- Coordinating and assigning students to clinical sites for the Radiography program.
- Maintaining records and ensuring compliance with the college and Radiography program policies and procedures in accordance with accreditation and state requirements.
- Participating in school activities such as student functions, graduation exercises, open houses, new student orientations, and advisory board meetings.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum three (3) years of occupational experience in the field or closely related field. Of those three (3) years, two (2) years must be full-time clinical experience in diagnostic radiography.
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of teaching experience in an accredited program in the subject areas taught or demonstrate prior training in instructional methodology and teaching skills from a formal teacher educational program or any comparable training program or formal in-house training program.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Must be a graduate from a radiography program accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education or Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
Qualifications
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Card.
- California Fluoroscopy Licensure preferred.
