About the role

The Clinical Coordinator supports Mental Health Professionals in Fayetteville, providing daily clinical supervision and consultation both in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities

  • Support Mental Health Professionals with clinical supervision and consultation
  • Work closely with the treatment team to meet the needs of the business
  • Manage multiple tasks and adapt duties as necessary

Requirements

  • A master's degree in counseling or social work
  • A current non-terminal Arkansas license (LAC, LAMFT or LMSW)
  • At least two years of experience working with clients in a mental health setting
  • Great organizational, time management, and computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • At least two years of management experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in counseling or social work

This position is classified as Full-time, Exempt (salaried).

Schedule

Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
