Clinical Coordinator - Fayetteville

About the role

The Clinical Coordinator supports Mental Health Professionals in Fayetteville, providing daily clinical supervision and consultation both in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to Mental Health Professionals
• Support the needs of the business by altering duties as necessary
• Work independently and within a treatment team model
• Manage tasks effectively and maintain organization and time management skills
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Show attention to detail in all aspects of the job
• Have at least two years of management experience (preferred)

Requirements

• A master's degree in counseling or social work is required
• A current non-terminal Arkansas license (LAC, LAMFT or LMSW) is required
• At least two years of experience working with clients in a mental health setting

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
