Clinical Coordinator - Fayetteville
About the role
The Clinical Coordinator supports Mental Health Professionals in Fayetteville, providing daily clinical supervision and consultation both in-person and virtually.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and consultation to Mental Health Professionals
- Support the needs of the business by altering duties as necessary
- Work independently and within a treatment team model
- Manage tasks effectively and maintain organization and time management skills
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Show attention to detail in all aspects of the job
- Have at least two years of management experience (preferred)
Requirements
- A master's degree in counseling or social work is required
- A current non-terminal Arkansas license (LAC, LAMFT or LMSW) is required
- At least two years of experience working with clients in a mental health setting
Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
