Clinical Coordinator - Casa Grande

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to oversee our outpatient behavioral health services team and ensure quality services are provided to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the outpatient behavioral health services team
• Ensuring quality services are provided to clients
• Participating in hiring, training, mentoring, and supervising staff
• Serving as a clinical resource for consultation for staff

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 4 years’ experience providing client care in a behavioral health setting
• 2 years’ experience providing behavioral health case management services
• At least 21 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card and successfully complete background check
• Prior Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health related field preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Knowledge of special populations such as substance abuse
• Knowledgeable of benefit and entitlements process and available community resources
