Clinical Coordinator
Position Summary
Provides clinical and administrative supervision, training, and mentoring for case managers and rehabilitation specialists on assigned team. Ensures clinical quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded by direct reports. Ensures that assessments and individual service plans are developed and implemented for each member on their team.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor case managers and rehabilitation specialists on assigned team
- Ensure clinical quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded by direct reports
- Develop and implement assessments and individual service plans for each member on their team
- Show thorough and working knowledge of psychiatric and co-occurring disorders, including DSM-V–TR codes and descriptions, psychotropic medications, and crisis intervention
- Display excellent leadership skills, including effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
- Follow direction, use sound judgment, and manage time effectively
- Maintain good recipient relationships and identify priorities while staying organized
Requirements
- Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral health or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
- Minimum two (2) years experience working with seriously mentally ill adults
- Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience
- Preferred typing skills of 25-40 wpm
- Knowledge of community based behavioral health services
- Specialized knowledge of co-occurring substance abuse disorder assessment and treatment and housing needs assessments and resources
