Clinical Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how well they’re working
• Watch over the people who give care to patients and make sure they’re doing their best
• Make sure the care given is safe and makes patients feel good
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families
• Work in a busy, team-based environment

Requirements

• Have a current Registered Nurse license and know how to do CPR
• Have at least 18 months of nursing experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
• Get approval for being ready to work in charge of nurses
• Have an ADN degree; a BSN is nice to have
• Have experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg; CNN/CDN certification is extra cool
• Be good with computers (know MS Word and Outlook)
• Be flexible with your schedule, including weekends and holidays

About the Role

We're looking for someone to lead the care of patients with kidney problems. You'll help plan care, watch over the people who give care, and make sure everything is done safely and with compassion. You'll also build strong relationships with patients and their families.

Schedule

The schedule is flexible, including weekends and holidays. This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
