Clinical Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how well they’re working
- Watch over the nurses and other staff who give dialysis treatments
- Make sure everyone is doing their job safely and with compassion
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families
- Handle a busy, team-focused work environment
Requirements
- Hold a current Registered Nurse license and have CPR certified
- Have 18+ months of RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
- Get approval for Charge RN readiness
- Have an ADN degree; a BSN is preferred
- Have ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience
- Have CNN/CDN certification if possible
- Be comfortable using basic computer skills (like MS Word and Outlook)
- Be flexible with your schedule, including weekends and holidays
