Clinical Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how things turn out
- Take charge of the clinical team, like making sure everyone knows what they're doing
- Make sure the dialysis treatments are done safely and with compassion
- Build strong connections with patients and their families
- Handle a busy, team-focused work environment
Requirements
- Have a current Registered Nurse license and know CPR
- Have at least 18 months of nursing experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
- Get approval for Charge RN readiness
- Have an ADN degree; a BSN is nice to have
- Have experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg; CNN/CDN certification is a bonus
- Be good with computers (like MS Word and Outlook)
- Be flexible with your schedule, including weekends and holidays
