Clinical Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up patient care plans and monitor their outcomes
• Supervise clinical staff, particularly PCTs
• Ensure the safe and compassionate delivery of dialysis
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Current RN license and CPR certification
• 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
• Charge RN readiness approval required
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
• CNN/CDN certification a plus
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
• A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Compensation

The Wage Range for the role is $41.00 - $54.00/hour. Clinical Coordinator ICHD Experienced: $41.00 - $54.25/hour.
