Clinical Coordinator
About the role
The Clinical Coordinator leads outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease, overseeing treatment, guiding clinical staff, and ensuring high standards of care and safety.
Responsibilities
- Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how they’re doing
- Watch over and direct clinical staff, especially PCTs
- Make sure dialysis is done safely and with compassion
- Build lasting connections with patients and their families
- Operate in a busy, team-focused work environment
Requirements
- Current RN license and CPR certification
- 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
- Charge RN readiness approval required
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
- CNN/CDN certification a plus
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
- A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
