Clinical Coordinator

About the role

The Clinical Coordinator leads outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease, overseeing treatment, guiding clinical staff, and ensuring high standards of care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how they’re doing
• Watch over and direct clinical staff, especially PCTs
• Make sure dialysis is done safely and with compassion
• Build lasting connections with patients and their families
• Operate in a busy, team-focused work environment

Requirements

• Current RN license and CPR certification
• 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
• Charge RN readiness approval required
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
• CNN/CDN certification a plus
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
• A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications
