Key Responsibilities
- Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how they’re doing
- Watch over the folks who help give dialysis treatments
- Make sure everyone is giving the best care possible
- Build strong connections with patients and their families
- Work in a busy, team-focused setting
Requirements
- Current RN license and CPR certification
- 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis
- Charge RN readiness approval required
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
- CNN/CDN certification a plus
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
- A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
