Clinical Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how well they’re working
- Watch over the folks who give dialysis treatments and make sure they’re doing a good job
- Make sure everyone stays safe and gives the best possible care
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families
- Work in a busy, team-based environment
Requirements
- Have a current Registered Nurse license and know how to do CPR
- Have at least 18 months of nursing experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
- Get approval for being ready to handle charges
- Have an ADN degree; a BSN is nice but not necessary
- Have experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg settings
- Have CNN or CDN certification if you can get it
- Be good with computers, especially MS Word and Outlook
- Be flexible with your schedule, including weekends and holidays
