Clinical Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Cook up patient care plans and keep an eye on how things go.
- Take charge of the crew, especially the PCTs.
- Make sure everyone stays safe and gives great care.
- Build strong ties with patients and their loved ones.
- Handle a busy, team-focused workday.
Requirements
- Got your RN license and know CPR.
- At least 18 months of RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis.
- Charge RN approval is needed.
- Have an ADN; a BSN would be nice.
- Have ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience.
- Have CNN/CDN certification if you can get it.
- Know your way around computers (MS Word, Outlook).
- Be ready to work on weekends and holidays.
