Clinical Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how well they’re working
- Watch over the folks who give dialysis treatments and make sure they’re doing a good job
- Help build strong relationships with patients and their families
- Handle the fast pace and teamwork needed in a dialysis setting
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license and CPR certification
- At least 18 months of RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
- Approval for Charge RN status required
- ADN degree; BSN preferred
- Experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg is a plus
- CNN/CDN certification is nice to have
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
- A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
