Clinical Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how well they’re working
- Watch over the people who give care to patients
- Make sure the care is done safely and with compassion
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families
- Work in a busy, team-based environment
Requirements
- Have a current Registered Nurse license and know CPR
- Have at least 18 months of nursing experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
- Get approval for being ready to handle charges
- Have an ADN degree; a BSN is nice to have
- Have experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg; CNN/CDN certification is great
- Be good with computers (know MS Word, Outlook)
- Be flexible, able to work weekends and holidays
