Responsibilities
- Drive the customer through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value.
- Manage ongoing relationships with customers, providing clinical subject matter expertise focusing on customer success in utilizing Oracle's solutions.
- Assist in change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, guide customers through workflow reviews, and is responsible for achieving the project’s targeted outcomes.
- Utilize effective consulting skills during project events, coordinate integration of clinical activities and workflow reviews, facilitate business process change, and provide change management consulting to ensure that organizational aspects are addressed as new enabling technologies are implemented.
- Engage with staff and leadership from Federal customers and members of the broader Oracle clinical and technical teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 5 years licensed health care practice
- At least 3 years Oncology/Hematology clinical experience
- At least 1- year clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience
- Professional license required: Registered Nurse - State Board
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
- Depending on the job there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications.
- Advanced degree in Informatics
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) and/or Biotherapy certification
- Experience with Oncology clinical research or clinical trials
- Background in working with Federal agencies
- Experience implementing large scale E.H.R. (Electronic Health Record) projects
