We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a Job Overview paragraph, Essential Functions list, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Education & Experience, Other Requirements, Travel Requirements, Mental/Physical Requirements, People Management, Salary/Benefits, etc.
We must use for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should only include sections when posting has real specific content. Avoid filler.
We need to decide which sections to include: Possibly "About the role" (Job Overview), "Responsibilities" (Essential Functions), "Qualifications" (Education & Experience Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Other Requirements), "Benefits" (salary range and benefits), maybe "Schedule" (Travel Requirements? Not schedule). The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we can choose which are appropriate.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove disclaimer, confidentiality, compliance, drug screening, EEO statement, accommodation contact, etc. Also remove repeated lines like Travel Requirements duplicated.
We must preserve all substantive information: job overview, essential functions list, knowledge/skills/abilities, education & experience requirements, other requirements (licenses, certifications), travel requirements, mental/physical requirements, people management note, salary range and benefits description.
We need to format lists with

We need to format lists with - . Use
for prose.
We need to decide sections:
- About the role: Job Overview paragraph.
- Responsibilities: Essential Functions list (maybe break into multiple items). Could be a long list; we can put each bullet as
- .
- Qualifications: Education & Experience Requirements (maybe also Knowledge, Skills and Abilities). Could combine into Qualifications.
- Skills: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (maybe separate). But we could put under Qualifications.
- Benefits: Salary range and benefits description (total rewards, 401k, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, time off, sick time, service recognition). Also maybe mention base salary range.
- Schedule: Not really present; Travel Requirements could be considered schedule? But instruction says only include if posting actually states them. Travel Requirements is present: "Ability to travel as needed, including periodic business meetings, training, or other SMPA-related meetings." Also later: "Primarily remote role with periodic on-site meetings in office. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed." So we could have a Travel section, but they only gave headings list; maybe we can use "Travel" as a heading? Not in list but we could still use
for any section heading? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive; we could still use other headings? Safer to stick to those examples. Travel could be under Schedule? Not exactly. Could omit Travel section if not matching headings. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we could incorporate travel info into Responsibilities or About the role? Might be okay to add a "Travel" heading even if not in examples; but instruction says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exhaustive. So we can use other headings as needed. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine travel into Responsibilities or About the role.
People Management: note that it's individual contributor; we could include under Responsibilities or About the role.
Mental/Physical Requirements: could be part of Qualifications or a separate section like "Requirements". Could use "Requirements" heading for mental/physical and other requirements.
Thus sections:
- About the role (Job Overview)
- Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Qualifications (Education & Experience, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Other Requirements)
- Benefits (Salary range and benefits)
- Requirements (Travel, Mental/Physical, People Management) maybe.
But we need to avoid filler. Ensure each section has substantive content.
Let's extract content.
