Clinical Clerk- Home Care Agency English/Spanish Required

You will...

• Update patient information when reported by nurses
• Organize new admission charts and closed cases for review.
• Prepare weekly reports.
• Prepare patient charts for field nurse visits.
• Ensure scheduled aides are compliant before starting cases.
• Weekly monitoring of aides to ensure home supervisions are done timely.
• Audit regarding changes in insurance coverage in the authorizations department.
• Liaison between nurses and the coordination department on patient visit interruptions and CHHA compliance.
• Aid in the onboarding process of new employees, including completing necessary paperwork and facilitating orientation.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of home healthcare experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Bilingual in English & Spanish required
