Responsibilities
- Carries a caseload assigned by the supervisor, director, or department head.
- Demonstrates skills to work with a variety of individuals of varying ages and functioning levels.
- Develops, oversees implementation of behavior, treatment, educational, or medication support plans, as applicable.
- Aids in the modeling and teaching of behavioral or mental health strategies to necessary stakeholders (e.g., staff, providers).
- Trains managers, DSP leads, etc. on any plans, or individual specific training, when applicable.
- Maintains accurate and timely reporting on programmatic or clinical support or service provision.
- Completes all required documentation and meets deadlines.
- Facilitates or attends all team meetings.
- Effectively communicates in both verbal and written form with necessary stakeholders.
- Accepts feedback from supervisors to ensure the quality of program implementation.
- Communicates and collaborates with both internal and external team members and stakeholders.
- Works cooperatively and collaboratively with all necessary stakeholders.
- Cultivates a positive and productive workplace atmosphere to enhance team morale and productivity.
- Participates in and completes training sessions as delegated by management to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
- Conducts training as required and assigned.
- Performs any additional job responsibilities assigned by supervisors or team leaders to support the organization's smooth operation.
- Accepts reassignment as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's preferred.
- Must meet the Registered Behavior Technician requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must have satisfactory background checks.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Computer skills required.
