Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of dedicated healthcare professionals

Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of Iowa - BSN preferred
- Proven experience in a nursing leadership role - preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to inspire and motivate a team
