Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain and continuously optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends that support leadership decisions and improve care delivery
- Translate complex healthcare datasets into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure data governance and quality standards are upheld across regulated healthcare environments
- Collaborate with AI research teams to bring clinical domain expertise to cutting-edge model development and evaluation
Requirements
- Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management
- Proven ability to design, build, and manage BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare settings
- Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decisions
- Self-directed and confident managing teams and priorities in an async, remote environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with EHR systems, claims data, or population health platforms
- Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI platforms
- Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or digital health initiatives
