Clinical Assistant Team Lead (RMA/CMA/LPN/ATC/EMT)- Concord

About the role

The Clinical Assistant Team Lead position at OrthoCarolina Concord involves providing and coordinating orthopedic patient care, performing routine office procedures and tests, patient teaching, effective communication, and assisting healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for staff behavior, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Serve as a clinical information resource for the team.
• Absolutely ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant standards, including Spore Testing, emergency equipment checks, and cleaning logs.
• Provide guidance on technical questions and support.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited program in medical assisting, athletic training, nursing, or a related field.
• Experience or hold an Experience Plus Certification through one of the following organizations: AAMA, NHA, ARMA, AMT, AMCA.
• CMA/RMA must be registered/certified.
• EMTs must have Emergency Medical Technician certification.
• ATCs must be board certified as Athletic Trainers.
• New graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active and current driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to travel to other OrthoCarolina locations as needed.
