Clinical Assessor / Supervisor

About the role

The Clinical Assessor/Supervisor completes clinical screenings, diagnostic assessments, and person-centered treatment plans for adults and/or children receiving behavioral health services. This role works closely with providers, multidisciplinary teams, and community partners to ensure appropriate service placement, continuity of care, and positive outcomes. The position also provides clinical supervision to assigned clinicians in accordance with licensure, certification, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Completes clinical screenings, diagnostic assessments, and person-centered treatment plans for adults and/or children receiving behavioral health services.
• Works closely with providers, multidisciplinary teams, and community partners to ensure appropriate service placement, continuity of care, and positive outcomes.
• Provides clinical supervision to assigned clinicians in accordance with licensure, certification, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Have master’s degree in a related field.
• Be fully or provisionally licensed in appropriate discipline required – either LCSW; LPC; LMFT; LCAS; LCSW-A; LPC-A, with the ability to clinically supervise certified or associate licensed individuals.
• Show strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Show proficiency in EHR’s, clinical documentation, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Show high moral and ethical character, and be free of any substantiated charges of abuse or neglect on the NC Healthcare Registry.
• Show valid unrestricted North Carolina’s driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

Skills

• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Proficiency in EHR’s, clinical documentation, and reporting requirements.

Pay

$62,000- $70,000, based on your licensure and years of experience.
