About the role
The Clinical Area Manager (CAM) drives prescription referral growth and sales through various healthcare settings in the Washington, northern Idaho, and Alaska territory. Key responsibilities include consulting with clients, prospects, patients, caregivers, therapists, and administrators to educate on HFCWO therapy and gain referrals.
Responsibilities
- Make face-to-face sales calls on physicians, respiratory therapists, medical assistants, patients, caregivers, and administrators in the assigned territory.
- Work effectively and efficiently in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager, operations, reimbursement team, and other departments to achieve territory and business success.
- Analyze referral patterns and prioritize opportunities; create efficient zones within the territory.
- Cultivate strong relationships with top strategic referral sources to increase volume.
- Identify key customer drivers and ensure their needs and gaps are met by linking our differentiated technology and service solutions.
- Engage new referral sources using consultative selling skills and probe potential referral sources to uncover competitive takeaways based on unmet needs.
- Complete required paperwork and necessary documentation in a timely manner, including expense reports, pipeline, scorecard, calendar, plans to succeed, and prescription-related materials.
- Work closely with the manager and cross-functional partners to achieve territory and business success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant and equivalent experience in medical sales or healthcare.
- 2-4 years of medical sales experience, with a strong understanding of healthcare and/or business experience.
- Prior airway clearance therapy experience is preferred but not required.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
- Willingness and demonstrated adherence to the Company Sales Process.
- Achievement and mastery in consultative selling process.
- Demonstrates best practices in account planning.
- Consistent track record for attaining referral goals.

Pay
$80,000 - $150,000 + uncapped sales incentives.
Schedule
This is a remote/in-the-field position requiring up to 30-40% travel depending on location.
