Clinical Applications Specialist - Radiation Therapist (Traveling position)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist - Radiation Therapist (Traveling position) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will focus on delivering clinical education and application support for radiation therapy solutions in a highly customer-facing, travel-intensive environment. The selected professional will partner closely with customers, internal clinical teams, marketing, and engineering to improve adoption, strengthen training outcomes, and provide practical insight into technology use in the field. This position is well suited for a clinically trained radiation therapist who enjoys teaching, presenting, and translating technical capabilities into meaningful customer value.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote clinical training to customers on radiation therapy equipment
• Manage customer expectations regarding clinical use and technology functionality
• Develop and distribute training materials such as quick tips and implementation guides
• Facilitate training courses for both customers and employees
• Support marketing and engineering by providing competitive product performance insights
• Lead large group presentations at industry seminars and events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service and relations

Qualifications

• ARRT certification as a Radiation Therapist is required
• Clinical experience in a medical or radiation oncology setting, minimum 2-3 years
• Proficiency in remote training tools and business applications, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 75-100% of the time, including weekends
• Knowledge of vendor credentialing requirements for client access
• Adaptable and eager to learn and apply new concepts

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,060 – $147,213 annually
