Clinical Applications Specialist, Contrast Media Delivery Solutions

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist, Contrast Media Delivery Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This remote role focuses on supporting clinical adoption and customer success within a healthcare technology environment. The position partners closely with sales teams and customers to deliver product education, technical expertise, and hands-on demonstrations that help drive effective use of imaging solutions. It also serves as a key resource for training, post-implementation support, and feedback gathering to improve the customer experience. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Provide technical and clinical leadership during the sales process by demonstrating product features Develop and deliver product training to customers on software and equipment use Enhance customer satisfaction through ongoing education on equipment utilization Support trade shows and conferences with product demonstrations and training Assist the sales team in developing strategies using market and product knowledge Produce post-training reports and provide feedback on customer needs Ensure compliance with quality and environmental health policies Qualifications Current ARRT and CT Computed Tomography certifications Minimum of 4 years of clinical or technical experience in Computed Tomography, specifically in contrast media delivery solutions Active professional clinical or technical certifications necessary for imaging live patients Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel extensively within the specified region and to nationwide events Effective communication skills in the local language Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and a 401(k) plan with contributions Life, disability, and accident insurance Tuition reimbursement for further education Opportunities for career advancement in a supportive culture Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
